Hi, I'm Laurie.
I'm glad you're here.
With over 25 years in mental health field & 12 years as a Licensed therapist, I specialize in walking beside individuals overcoming anxiety, life transitions, depression, grief, trauma, where we focus on the whole self. My approach blends evidence-based modalities with deep compassion, because healing is profoundly personal and individual.
I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with the Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy, a Board approved Supervisor, a life coach, and working toward certification in Emotion Code work. I work with adults, teens, and professionals navigating the beautiful complexity of being human.
