🌿 Welcome — I'm Laurie! Thank you for stopping by. Years ago I had a vision: to offer mental health services in a space that feels private, peaceful, and comforting—where healing happens through both clinical expertise and holistic care.

Today, that vision is a reality. With over 25 years in the mental health field, my passion continues to grow for whole-body healing. I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Life Coach, and certified in a variety of integrative approaches.

My goal is to walk alongside you on your journey, supporting your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. ​ More Than Therapy In addition to traditional counseling, I offer: Life Coaching for women, moms, and teens Mental wellness products: journals, books, tinctures & more Standard Process supplements: whole-body wellness for people and pets. ​

My Roots I was born and raised in Cass Lake, MN on the Leech Lake Reservation and am a proud direct descendant of the White Earth Nation. At age 10, my family moved to the Grand Rapids area where I graduated from Greenway High School. My academic journey began at Itasca Community College and continued at Bemidji State University, where I earned both my undergraduate and master’s degrees in Clinical Counseling. Since then, I’ve pursued extensive training in: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Integrative Mental Health Women’s Health & Spirituality Life Coaching, Emotion Code, Cultural Competency and much more!

My Approach & Specialty My heart is especially drawn to working with women, mothers, and teenage girls. My therapeutic space is designed to be calming, non-judgmental, and deeply personal—so you can feel safe, seen, and supported. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, transitions, or personal growth, I’m here to guide you with compassion and practical tools. ​

Outside the Office When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with family, fishing, reading, walking outdoors, and making memories with my family & especially my two grandsons, who are the joy of my life. Life is short and moments with loved ones are what matter most. ​

Rochelle Hansen, M.Ed

Clinical Counseling Trainee

Rochelle Hansen is a clinical counseling trainee and graduate of North Dakota State University, as well as a proud North Dakota native.

In addition to her clinical training, she serves in the North Dakota Army National Guard, which has shaped her strong commitment to service, resilience, and supporting others through life’s challenges.

Rochelle has experience working with a diverse range of populations, including adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered in their personal growth.

Her clinical interests include trauma-informed care, anxiety, depression, personality-related challenges, and a wide range of emotional concerns. She maintains an open and flexible approach, allowing her to support clients across many areas.

Rochelle strives to meet each client where they are, using a collaborative and strengths-based approach tailored to their unique needs, goals, and experiences.
