​Both Counseling & Coaching are amazing, supportive services to assist you on your life's journey! Counseling typically focuses on diagnosing mental health, processing, healing, emotional and psychological wellbeing,& providing support for mental health.

Coaching, on the other hand, is goal-oriented and aims to enhance personal or professional development by helping individuals set and achieve specific & time oriented goals. Coaching can be specific to life, career, physical health, specific area of feeling stuck to work toward getting unstuck. Both can be intertwined, and tailored to your individual needs!
