Meet Laurie Troumbly, LPCC
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Board-Approved Supervisor
Founder of Beyond the Path Counseling LLC & Beyond LLC
Laurie Troumbly is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), board-approved supervisor, and founder of Beyond the Path Counseling LLC and Beyond LLC.
She brings a fresh, whole-person approach to mental health care by blending clinical expertise with integrative and goal-oriented strategies to support meaningful, lasting change.
Laurie holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Bemidji State University and is licensed through the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. In addition to providing therapy, she is a board-approved supervisor, supporting the development of future clinicians.
Her training includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, life coaching, and integrative mental health approaches. She is also currently being trained in the Emotion Code®, an energy-based modality that supports emotional release and deeper healing.
Laurie’s approach is both compassionate and structured—helping clients move beyond feeling stuck and into clarity, confidence, and stability.
She believes that healing should feel supportive, calming, and empowering—not cold or overly clinical. Mental health care should feel like a spa.
She is especially passionate about supporting women, mothers, and teenagers who may feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from themselves.
Through Beyond LLC, Laurie expands her work beyond traditional therapy into coaching and wellness-based support.
She is trained in Christian life coaching and is currently pursuing certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her coaching integrates mindset, personal growth, and faith-based principles for those seeking deeper alignment and purpose.
